No Refund Policy
All sales made on zerothestart.com are final. Due to the nature of skincare products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on any purchases. This policy ensures the safety and hygiene of our customers.
Exceptions to the No Refund Policy
Refunds may only be issued under the following exceptional circumstances:
1. Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Please provide clear images of the damaged item along with your order details at support@zerothestart.com for review.
2. Incorrect Item Received: In case you receive the wrong product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with proof of the received item, and we will arrange a replacement.
3. Lost or Undelivered Orders: If your order is lost during transit or has not been delivered beyond the expected delivery timeframe, please reach out to us at support@zerothestart.com, and we will investigate the issue with our shipping partners.
Cancellations
· Orders once placed cannot be canceled after processing. If you wish to cancel an order, please do so within 2 hours of placing it by contacting us at support@zerothestart.com.
· Cancellation requests made after this timeframe will not be accepted.
Replacement Policy
· We do not offer exchanges on products once they have been delivered.
· If you qualify for a replacement due to a damaged or incorrect product, we will arrange for a replacement at no extra cost.
